- Collaborate with the IT department to streamline financial processes and procedures.
- Assist in managing accounts payable and ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
- Perform regular reconciliations of accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Work with IT Leadership to assist with business planning, plan updates, and reporting on various operational expenses for the team.
- Track and manage contracts, ensuring all details are up-to-date.
- Process purchase orders and invoices in a timely and efficient manner.
- Assist in hardware and software invoicing reconciliation with outside vendors

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail is a must.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Willingness and ability to learn new technical platforms
- Experience with Microsoft Power BI or other data dashboard tools is a plus
- Proficiency in accounting software Vantagepoint and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field preferred
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- 2-4+ years of related accounting and/or finance experience
- Focus on learning, development, and career growth
