What you would be doing

- Work any shift, including weekends and holidays.
- Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to track work orders and document maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with other Ecolab Management to ensure efficient operation of equipment and systems including PM’s and identifying potential hazards..
- On call for emergency situations (rarely used).
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
- Record keeping of all service provider tickets for work provided by other contractors.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose low voltage electrical (lighting, outlets, resetting breakers), and handling plumbing issues (clogged toilets, securing water lines, rodding drains.)
- Responsible for verifying operation and logging of all Power Plant equipment through the BAS, including:
- Making temperature adjustments as needed.
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and prioritize tasks.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as inspecting, cleaning of house systems,and small equipment repairs.
- Directing of outside electrical, Plumbing and HVAC contractors when needed.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify potential maintenance needs, and communicate issues with Ecolab Management.

- Complete First Aid/CPR/AED Training
- Must have elementary math capability and be able to follow oral or written instructions.
- Must be able to perform physical duties and be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with employees and address their maintenance needs.
- Must be willing to assist in lite electrical maintenance duties when needed.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Must be able to read, write and speak English.
- Willing to work any shift and be on call as needed.
- Related experience including experience with performing daily rounds and monitoring the building operations.
- Leadership skills to supervise outside contracted services if required
- Basic to intermediate computer skills.

- 5+ years of related experience including experience with
- Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
- Previous experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work independently.
- Be available to work scheduled power down/preventive maintenance situations.
- Knowledge of computer systems including Outlook, BAS, Email, Work Order system.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to perform basic plumbing and low voltage electric.
- Preform Basic Mechanical and Pluming Repair
- Knowledge of working with low voltage electrical panels, circuits, and troubleshooting.
- Compete Basic Electrical Training
