  • Maintain and organize inventory of furniture, equipment, and fixtures, ensuring timely repairs or replacements.
  • Establish and maintain a preventative maintenance program for all facility systems and equipment.
  • Ensure grounds and outdoor areas are well maintained year-round, including snow/ice removal, debris cleanup, and upkeep of patio spaces.
  • Oversee a painting and repair schedule to maintain Regency standards across suites and common areas.
  • Conduct monthly fire inspections and quarterly fire drills in compliance with safety regulations.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance emergencies and service calls, troubleshooting issues efficiently.
  • Support event logistics by assisting with setup and takedown of furniture and decorations for special functions.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager on budget preparation, monitoring, and departmental goals.
  • Perform general maintenance and repairs, including minor carpentry, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and painting tasks to ensure the building remains in good condition.
  • Promote a positive, team-oriented environment, maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and respect for residents and staff.
