Project Architect

Description

• Provide architectural expertise, analysis, and recommendations within project schedules and budgets.
• Manage teams of architects, designers, and specialists.
• Develop creative, cohesive design solutions for complex challenges.
• Contribute to all phases of project documentation, including construction documents and specifications.
• Resolve technical and interdisciplinary issues within established budgets.
• Mentor junior staff and work independently to achieve project goals.
• Create detailed designs and edit specifications; adapt design features under Project Manager guidance.
• Coordinate with other disciplines during design and construction phases.

Requirements

• Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in architecture (or related) and 6+ years of equivalent experience.
• Must be a U.S. citizen and hold a Registered Architect license.
• Preferred: 8+ years of work experience, including DoD project experience.
