Comfort with business development activities, including client engagement and proposal development.
10+ years of experience in Land Development engineering and design.
Demonstrated experience in leading and managing project teams.
Extensive proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, REVIT, Civil3D, etc.
Knowledge and expertise in determining project requirements, setting project scope, and establishing design and construction budgets.
