Ensure complete customer satisfaction from start to finished product
Maintain a satisfactory driving record which, per Company’s vehicle policy, allows operation of a vehicle for business purposes
Troubleshoot malfunctions, interruptions, and failures of HVAC Equipment
Plan and complete all necessary steps in the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems
Provide documentation including processes, daily logs, etc. as required for assigned projects
Operate and maintain an organized and well-inventoried vehicle
Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings
Travel to jobs within service area and work with dispatch to ensure schedule is maintained and delays are promptly communicated
Produce detailed service reports and time entry daily
Build positive relationships with customers
Adhere to current HVAC rules, regulations, and codes
Promote the company safety culture and safety awareness throughout the company, projects, or office
Respond to emergency service requests

Able to continually push, pull, lift, grasp, hold, carry, reach, reach above the shoulders, stoop, bend at the waist, bend at the knee, kneel, bend side to side, crouch, stand on step stools or small ladders and balance.
This position will be required to use a ladder and work at tall heights (i.e. roof top, access ladders, scissor-lift, scaffolding)
Must be able to lift 100+ pounds
3 years or more of HVAC technical and trade experience.
Ability to pass drug screen, physical exam, and background check.
Ability to quickly and effectively solve complex problems
Ability to deliver quality through attention to detail
Able to work overtime and weekend hours in an On-Call Rotation
Safety-sensitive position that requires extreme focus and attention to safety hazards and safety protocols.
Communicate in a professional manner with employees and customers
Able to tolerate extreme temperatures for extended periods of time

Must have reliable transportation
