Role

The SAP Administrator is responsible for the effective administration, configuration, and support of the SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) module.

This role ensures the smooth operation of plant maintenance processes and supports continuous improvement within the Kerry site.

Maintain system compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., GMP, ISO); including procedure generations.
Conduct training sessions and create user guides for maintenance personnel on SAP PM functionalities.
Configure and maintain SAP PM master data (equipment, functional locations, maintenance plans, task lists).
Coordinate with SAP Basis and security teams to manage user roles, authorizations, and system performance.
Manage work order lifecycle including creation, scheduling, execution, and closure within SAP.
Administer and support SAP PM module, ensuring smooth operation of plant maintenance processes.
Participate in SAP upgrades, testing, and implementation of new features or enhancements.
Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and IT teams to optimize preventive and corrective maintenance workflows.
Support integration of SAP PM with other modules (MM, PP, QM, FI/CO) and external systems.
Monitor and troubleshoot SAP PM-related issues, providing timely resolution and user support.
Analyze maintenance data to identify trends, improve asset reliability, and support decision-making.
Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of maintenance activities using SAP PM tools.
