Process spare part returns and when required book collections with logistics companies.
Process customer orders for Invoicing.
Manage maintenance plan jobs (Preventative Maintenance) for the Field Service engineers in SFDC system and communicate the annual maintenance plan with Customers.
Work closely with the complete Service team to ensure all necessary transactions are completed in a timely manner.
Identify fields of improvements and optimization and work with the different Service team members to prioritize and roll out continuous improvement activities and projects.
Process credit resolutions for customers in accordance with the Credit Control department requirements.
Maintain Service Inventory.
Create quotations for customers and follow up on the receipt of the purchase order.
Process all completed work orders from Field Service Engineers.
