O&M Advisor - Intermediate Western Canada

Description

In this role you will oversee the delivery of asset‑management projects, ensuring they meet quality, schedule and budget targets while exceeding client expectations. You will support the implementation of our mobility asset‑management strategy, engage with internal and external stakeholders, and help grow Arcadis’ service offering by identifying new opportunities and supporting cross‑business tenders.

• Deliver asset‑management projects on time, within budget and to high quality standards.
• Apply ISO 55000 and international asset‑management standards to client engagements.
• Provide risk‑ and performance‑based maintenance advisory services.
• Manage client relationships and stakeholder engagement to generate positive outcomes.
• Identify and pursue new asset‑management opportunities and support cross‑business tenders.
• Promote Arcadis’ services during client interactions and business development activities.
• Lead lifecycle planning, risk assessments, and operations and maintenance planning.
• Utilize decision‑support tools and conduct asset data quality assessments.
• Oversee tender management, proposal development and sales forecasting processes.

Requirements

We require 6–14 years of experience in asset‑management solutions, preferably within transportation, and a solid understanding of standards such as ISO 55000 and GFMAM. Experience in consultancy or client environments, tender management, risk analysis and decision‑support tools is essential, and you should be working towards chartered status with a professional institution.

The position is hybrid (LI‑MM2 / LI‑HYBRID) with a salary range of $89,600 to $134,400, dependent on location, skills and experience. Benefits include career development opportunities and the chance to work on high‑value projects across multiple asset sectors.
