Business Development Specialist, full-time position

Outbound B2B lead generation via calls/emails, scheduling sales appointments

Tasks

-Manage and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database (Microsoft Dynamics), including - scheduled calls, updated client records, notes from each call, and appointments set -Achieve or exceed monthly activity and lead generation metrics to achieve revenue targets as set by management -Prepare accurate reports on a weekly or monthly basis as defined by management -Send all City Wide information requested by prospects along with thank you notes and follow-up letters whenever appropriate -Make a combination of 80-100 of sales calls and e-mails per day to prospective clients -Manage monthly email campaigns using our platform -Find and research businesses that would benefit from City Wide's services -Schedule qualified appointments for City Wide's outside sales team

What You Bring

-Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) -High school diploma, college degree preferred but not necessary. -1-2 years B2B outbound call center or equivalent experience prospecting and/or cold calling highly desirable -Prior experience using CRM systems -Highly organized, able to follow a systematic method and sales process -Detailed oriented and must be able to work independently -Customer service-oriented and highly effective communication skills
