Flexible working attitude with the ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
Ability to communicate complex technical matters to the non-technical in both written and oral forms
A problem solver able to assimilate large amounts of technical information and identify its relevance and deficiencies
Have a sound knowledge of past/current industry standards, regulations, and guidance and who recognises the limit of their knowledge
Evidence of a minimum of 15 years in a relevant / related role
Flexible to travel nationally for site visits, etc
Strong interpersonal skills and willing to take instruction and training from the established team.
Focused, confident, decision maker, but one who quickly recognises when they have insufficient information to reach a conclusion
Chartered Building Surveyor or Builder, with a strong technical background in the practical aspects of construction
Experience in JCT and NEC forms of contract
