Assisting and acting as Principal Designer for Construction (Design and Management) Regulations and Building Regulations
Preparing planned preventative maintenance plans
Preparing and agreeing schedules of condition
Making sustainable business links with both external and internal clients and offering a professional and excellent client service at all times
Undertaking all aspect of Building Surveying, including:
Undertaking building reinstatement cost assessments
Preparing and negotiating schedules of dilapidations/ preparing exit strategies
Undertaking Building Surveyor's inspections and preparing reports
Reviewing alterations proposed by Tenant’s
Assisting with co-ordination of portfolio instructions and undertaking other duties from time to time as may be reasonably required
Preparing specifications for, and administering, repair and refurbishment contracts
Requirements

Requires excellent time management and general organisational skills
MRICS (Building Surveying) with proven experience, preferably PQE in a commercial consultancy
Experience of AutoCAD an advantage
Is required to be flexible and have the ability to work under pressure
Some travel will be required in this role
Must be well presented and have excellent communication skills
Required to have the ability to work within a team and on own initiative
Must have strong verbal and numerical skills, and be comfortable with report writing
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Clean driving licence and access to your own vehicle
Must be enthusiastic, proactive and self-motivated
