A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and at least 12 years of post‑graduate experience in site supervision and construction management of major infrastructure projects in the UAE are required. Candidates must have proven expertise in civil supervision of large road and infrastructure works, strong knowledge of contractual relationships, and full computer literacy with relevant engineering software. Excellent written and oral communication skills in English are essential.
