Review and provide guidance on architectural, engineering, and construction documents to optimize design and control costs without sacrificing quality.
Foster strategic partnerships to mitigate risk and reduce costs.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field required.
Extensive knowledge of construction methods, materials, and disciplines, including site work, civil and utility, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, finishes, and building envelope systems.
Ability to perform site inspections, including lifting or moving materials as required and working in various physical conditions.
