Undergraduate degree in an applicable engineering discipline.
Familiarity with acoustic instrumentation, data acquisition systems and digital signal processing.
Communicating complex technical concepts in straight-forward language.
Ability to interpret architectural/mechanical/electrical drawings and specifications.
Active and frequent communication with project managers, clients, and others within the Acoustics team.
Ability to deliver quality technical work with focus on project budgets and deliverable schedules.
Valid driver’s license.
Minimum 5 years of experience in an acoustical or environmental noise consulting environment, or equivalent related field.
Current registration or ability to register with Engineers & Geoscientists British Columbia (EGBC) or Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA) as an E.I.T. or P.Eng.
