• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure clean handoff from pre-con to operations.
• Run complete estimates (“soup to nuts”) from drawings/specs through final submission.
• Analyze constructability, develop bid strategies, and align scope with union labor and subcontracting plans.
• Detail focus, pricing savvy, and clear communication under tight deadlines.
• Maintain market pricing, subcontractor coverage, and competitive bid day execution.

Senior Estimator — Heavy Civil

• Utilize HeavyBid, Bluebeam, Procore or similar software
• 5+ years estimating heavy civil/site work in NYC (public-agency experience strongly preferred).
• Track record of independently delivering accurate, timely, and competitive bids.
