Maintain and update the BD pipeline, tracking progress, follow-ups, and closures.

Work closely with senior leaders to understand client requirements, project scope, and positioning strategies.
Prepare compelling RFP submissions, pitch decks, and client presentations for design and architectural projects.
Prior experience in business development within architecture, interior design, real estate, or a related design-centric domain.
Proficiency in presentation and design software such as PowerPoint, Canva, or equivalent.
Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to communicate with senior stakeholders confidently.
Understanding of design processes, terminologies, and project cycles is a strong advantage.

This role involves preparing high-impact presentations, collaborating with senior leadership, and engaging proactively with potential clients.

Graduate in any discipline.
Strong presentation skills with the ability to create visually appealing and impactful decks.
Experience: 3–4 years (in a similar Business Development / Design BD role)
