Asset Technician

Description

• Maintain and update asset information in our systems
• Assist with planning and reporting for asset lifecycle management
• Play a key role in managing critical infrastructure assets
• Support asset inspections and condition assessments
• Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors

Requirements

• Knowledge of infrastructure assets or transport systems
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively
• Familiarity with asset management systems and reporting tools
• You will demonstrate knowledge of, or a willingness to gain an understanding of Te Ao Māori and promote tikanga and Te Reo Māori. You will also have knowledge of, or a willingness to gain an appreciation of Te Tiriti o Waitangi as it applies in the public service.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Experience in asset management or related technical field
