Collect and analyze data from Service tickets to measure the efficiency and improve the quality of our services.
Perform administrative functions including but not limited to answering phones, correspondence with customers, filing, and other duties.
Create POs to vendors to purchase parts needed for service tickets, and for local stock.
Assist Service Manager and Service Team leaders in coordinating Service department tasks
Monthly/weekly Reporting of Service Tickets for local customers.
Encouraging and collaborative team environment.
Follow up with the customers and collect their feedback.
Gathering all necessary information for final close-out documents.
Work with the Installation Teams on the handing over process for completed projects.

Experience and/or basic project accounting or costing principals is desired.
Availability to work any shift is required.
Must have the ability to simultaneously handle a large and diverse number of projects, tasks and issues with tact, cooperation, and persistence. Ability to prioritize work activities based upon financial impact to desired business goals.
Must have proficient computer skills within the following applications: Microsoft Word, Excel, ACCESS, Desktop Publishing and Internet business application usage.
College Diploma preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required, plus one to two years of related work experience, preferably within a service/sales, or technical work environment.
Must have strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with both internal and external clients.
Must demonstrate the ability to perform work independently and demonstrate solid organizational and attention to detail skills.
