Build and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
Submit monthly applications to the client as per contract requirements.

Collaborate with operational and engineering teams to maintain accurate site records.
Ensure a safe working environment.
Issue commercial notices to both the client and subcontractors as required.
Develop detailed reports, forecasts, and cost plans, and support project risk management.
Manage contract changes, including submitting Compensation Event Quotations.
