Project Executive - Infrastructure

Description

• Work collaboratively to develop and execute our strategic and business plans.
• Partner with the estimating team to develop strategies to win work and actively participate in all estimates’ kick off meetings and bid reviews when not assigned to a project.
• Actively coach, guide, and support our team members.
• Ensure the safe and profitable execution of our work.
• Oversee the execution of project management processes and aid the team in analyzing and resolving problems that arise during construction.
• Regularly monitor project specific performance data, and drive the implementation of processes to achieve health, safety, quality, and profitability objectives.
• Oversite of large-scale projects and/or responsibilities in a Senior Leadership role on a Joint Venture.
• Complete oversite of all projects and business operations related to the assignment.
• Collaborate with Human Resources to develop succession, recruiting, and team member development strategies.
• This is a full time on the project role. Occasional travel outside of the region for meetings or other business-related events will be required.

Requirements

• Knowledge of sales/marketing processes in the construction industry.
• Strong business acumen with proven knowledge and experience in cost control.
• Positive and professional image who is client focused with the ability to resolve issues.
• Skilled negotiator.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
• Must be process driven and possess strong organizational skills.
• Twenty years of relevant large scale project experience in heavy civil construction leadership roles.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively inside and outside the organization.
