Strong financial modeling and due diligence skills
Exposure to energy infrastructure or large-scale utility projects
Deep understanding of solar regulations at the federal, state, and local levels
Ability to collaborate across technical, legal, and financial teams to execute transactions efficiently
Experience in Investment Banking (IBD) or with an Independent Power Producer (IPP) in the renewable energy sector
