Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service
Ensure that the fountain area, display cases, and seating areas are well-maintained and visually appealing
Take orders, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations to enhance the customer experience
Promote daily specials, new menu items, or promotions to encourage customers to try a variety of offerings
Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards to ensure a safe and sanitary environment
Welcome customers with a friendly and positive attitude, providing prompt and courteous service
Efficiently manage multiple orders, ensuring timely preparation and serving
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the fountain area, countertops, equipment, and utensils
Ensure consistent quality in drink and dessert preparation, following established recipes and procedures
Accurately process and fulfill customer orders, paying attention to special requests or dietary restrictions
Handle cash transactions, process payments, and use the Point of Sale (POS) system effectively
Skillfully prepare and serve a variety of beverages, food, milkshakes, snacks, and other fountain treats
Provide accurate change and receipts to customers

Exceptional interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
Must have 6 months previous cash handling experience
Familiarize yourself with the menu, ingredients, and preparation techniques to confidently assist customers and answer inquiries
Professionally groomed in a manner consistent with Company appearance standards
Basic math skills for processing payments and making change
Food safety and hygiene knowledge, including proper sanitation practices
Must be willing and able to work a flexible schedule to include nights, holidays, and weekends
Knowledge, understanding, and compliance of policies and procedures, job descriptions, daily memorandums, statutory requirements regarding health and food safety, sanitation, proper chemical usage, fire procedures.
Ability to work as part of a team in a high-volume environment.
