Maintain Hazcom requirements and keep SDS data current
Managing Change
Maintain all hazardous material and hazardous material area checks
Oversee all yearly updates to the safety program, including the Safety Manual, Injury Illness Prevention Plan, Emergency Procedures Manual, and the Emergency Contingency Plan
Keep records of all employee training, corrections of unsafe conditions, and dates and results of workplace inspections. Submit necessary documentation to the corporate office for recordkeeping
Reviews and updates the safety policies and procedures in accordance with Company goals and in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and guidelines.
Coordinate Industrial Hygiene surveys as required (air, noise, ergonomics, etc.)
Ensure that SOP/ JSA’s & LOTO procedures are completed for all new processes, materials, and equipment before use
Maintain all weekly, monthly, and yearly safety inspections
Develop and administer safety training for all employees (including outside sales personnel, office, etc.)
Ensure that all corrective actions and recommendations of safety committee meetings are completed and communicated within established time frames
Listens to understand the needs of customers (internal and external). Builds trusting relationships and seeks innovative solutions for all customers. Always has the customer’s needs top of mind.
Conduct timely accident/incident investigations and ensure timely reporting to plant management and Insulfoam Safety Manager
Review safety related documents and narratives such as Safety Committee minutes, inspection reports, forklift inspection checklists, accident investigation reports, and near miss reports

Per the state’s Wage Transparency Act, the range for this position is $67,000 to $121,000. Actual salary could be greater based on education, experience, and other qualifying skill sets.
