What you would be doing

Loads shipments on flatbed or LTL trucks.
Leads and promotes healthy and safe work practices as required by regulatory agencies and company policy.
Operates forklift, order picker, reach truck, and walkie rider pallet jack to move materials.
Receives and processes orders/requests from customers and internal employees.
Receives and processes incoming materials, products, parts, tools, and/or equipment.
Inspects materials for potential damage and documents/reports findings.
Picks, packs, and stages orders, ensuring accuracy using scanning tools.
Standardizes procedures to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient processing of shipping and receiving functions.
Prepares materials, products, parts, tools, and/or equipment for shipment.
Replenishes warehouse stock and rotates inventory using a reach truck or forklift.
Strong communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to stand for extended periods in a plant/warehouse environment.
Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience, preferably in steel or tubing; or a combination of education and experience.
Ability to lift, push, pull, climb, bend, and stoop.
Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely.
High attention to detail.
Strong problem-solving skills.
