Develop and implement Earned Value Management (EVM) and generate progress and performance reports.
Manage and deploy project controls for the Sub-Section, aligning with project goals and requirements.
Coach team members on planning processes and project controls best practices.
Lead development and maintenance of Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) across fabrication and manufacturing scopes.
Support and maintain Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS), and coding systems for accurate reporting.
Monitor and report on project KPIs and earned value metrics for effective decision-making.
Collaborate with Civil Works Alliance (CWA) planning teams and enforce planning standards.
Perform Quantitative Schedule Risk Analysis (QSRA) and include schedule contingencies.
Analyze schedule variances and develop recovery options.

Skilled in defining and improving planning approaches.
Knowledge of NEC contracts.
Strong leadership in schedule management and related processes.
Proficient in Primavera P6 and Earned Value Management (EVM).
Solid knowledge of Project Management and Planning techniques.
Experience communicating schedule updates to Senior Management in complex manufacturing projects.
Ability to guide teams on Project Controls, Planning, and Scheduling tools.
Familiar with interfacing planning with Cost and Change Control.
Excellent written and verbal communication with clients, contractors, and designers.
Experience integrating multiple schedules and managing Change and Risk systems.
Experience with CEMAR or similar contract management tools.
Security clearance as required.
Formal Primavera P6 training.
Proven experience developing and maintaining project controls and schedules across multiple capital projects.
