Are you an experienced Project Manager or similar skill set with a strong background in commercial construction, groundworks, and fit-out projects? We're looking for a proactive and hands-on leader to oversee the development of a new office block and the fit-out and renovation of two industrial warehouse units, as well as contribute to the ongoing maintenance and development of our operational yard, previous hands on experience is ideal.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams on-site effectively.
- Strong understanding of groundworks, structural building, and interior fit-outs.
- Proven experience as a Site Foreman, Project Manager, or similar supervisory role in construction.
