The Concierge handles a wide range of duties including resident and guest services, security and access control, package and amenity management, move‑in and move‑out support, leasing assistance, lifestyle and brand engagement, emergency response, and overall teamwork at the front desk.
Related Management believes the front desk sets the tone for the entire building, and as a Concierge you will be the first impression for residents and guests, providing polished, warm, and reliable service. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Candidates should have a passion for excellent service, a composed professional attitude, and 1–3 years of hospitality or customer‑service experience (preferred). Comfort with basic digital tools, the ability to lift 50 lb and stand for long periods, and a high school diploma or equivalent are required.
Compensation is $29.7758 per hour (full union rate) with Local 32 BJ benefits. The schedule runs Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 3 pm to 11:30 pm, and Monday and Tuesday from 11 pm to 7:30 am, with Wednesdays and Thursdays off.
