Support the Project Manager/Director by providing specialist advice and technical knowledge to respond to delays, issues, and other challenges throughout the project.
Support the administration of trend/forecast reporting and the Baseline Change Management of the agreed project budget, ensuring that all changes are correctly attributed and charged accordingly.
Provide guidance and corrective actions to teams to ensure the quality of task submissions and reporting of costs.
Attend monthly reviews and other meetings as required.
Administer Project Control activities, conduct audits, assurance checks of contractors' monthly data submissions and ensure the submissions are fully assessed and are paid in line with the project KPI's.
Help establish the Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB) and support the project on the monthly collation of progress data related to time, cost, risk, and quality for monthly business reporting.
Coordinate the preparation and submission of monthly performance reports to the project lead, in line with business reporting requirements and timescales, to enable prompt decision making, approvals and financial forecasting.
