Lead three discipline managers in Civil/Structural, Mechanical, and Electrical engineering.
Serve as the technical liaison with Division Managers, clients, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
Oversee all engineering and design functions across three operational divisions: Heavy Civil Tunneling, Mine Development, and OEM Equipment Manufacturing/FKC-Lake Shore.
Direct and coordinate engineering, operational, and quality initiatives to improve cost, delivery, and performance.
Mentor and develop engineering staff, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
