  • Act as the primary point of contact for nursing staff during the shift, addressing questions, concerns, and emergencies.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including incident reports, medication administration records, and shift reports.
  • Conduct regular rounds to monitor resident care, cleanliness, and safety of the environment.
  • Ensure nursing practices comply with Inglis House policies, state and federal regulations, and professional standards.
  • Monitor resident conditions and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to adjust care plans as necessary.
  • Respond promptly to emergencies, including resident health crises, falls, or other urgent situations.
  • Coordinate staffing assignments based on resident needs, acuity levels, and staff skill sets.
