- Ensure Health and Safety compliance, maintain safety-first culture, and update Veolia Minimum Requirements improvement plans.
- Maintain effective communications with team members and liaise with internal/external stakeholders as required.
- Support operational managers with employee performance, absence management, and employment terms while reporting on hours lost.
- Manage and develop administrative support team while monitoring contract service performance and KPIs to identify improvement areas.
- Ensure comprehensive staff training, maintain training matrices, conduct performance reviews, and plan activities aligned with annual contract calendar.
- Support budgeting processes and communicate compliance, policy, and procedural changes across the contract.
- Oversee data management within contract wasteflows, matching third-party data with Elemos data for accurate invoicing.
- Process payroll (daily & monthly) and financial month-end activities ensuring accuracy and timely completion.

- Previous customer service experience, investigating & dealing with complaints
- Previous experience working with a client team.
- Knowledge of finance and payroll systems.

- Health and Safety legislation knowledge
- Experience of working in the waste industry.
- Understanding of transport legislation and compliance
- Previous management experience.
