Provide health, safety and environmental support to the Project Manager and site leadership team.
Develop, conduct monthly toolbox talks and other safety communication activities.
Perform regular workplace inspections and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Coordinate site based occupational health, safety, and environment activities to ensure the wellbeing of personnel, the integrity of equipment, and the safe handling of materials.
Conduct safety investigations, prepare reports, recommend corrective actions, and support implementation.
Ensure that all employees and subcontractors receive adequate instruction and comply with project HSE systems.
