Provide a single point of contact within RSK on their teams projects.
Carry out their departments PDR’s and have regular ‘one to one’ discussions with team members. Provide feedback on these to the Regional Director.
Understand and implement Designer’s duties under the CDM Regulations 2015.
Provide Expert Witness service where required.
Liaise with the Regional Director on preparation of the annual Business Plan and Sales Forecast.
Manage, lead and deliver their departments workloads on all projects utilising members of their team, on time and on budget.
Liaise with the Regional Director and Administrator on monthly invoicing ensuring that sales targets are met.

Working knowledge of software used for design in their field
Project management skills using RSK procedures.
10+ years experience in a relevant role
Working knowledge of the legislation and technical/design standards in their field
Educated to degree or HNC level.
Chartered or Incorporated member of an Institution relevant to their field (eg, ICE, IStuctE, CIWEM, CIOB) preferable but not essential.
Working knowledge of AutoCAD.
