Candidates must have at least a bachelor’s degree with eight years of relevant experience, or equivalent combinations of associate degree with ten years, or high school diploma with twelve years, and meet required access and medical standards. Preferred qualifications include experience in communications or journalism, knowledge of the energy industry, and familiarity with technologies such as Panopto, digital work tools, and enterprise social platforms.
