These responsibilities ensure that the project coordinator maintains high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency throughout the process.
Participate in field work, including setup of work areas, use of hand tools, and basic measurements under supervision.
Track and update project logs and schedules with input from technical leads.
Assist with document control activities, including organizing files, tracking document numbers, and uploading to project systems.
Follow safety, quality, and radiation protection procedures as required.
Prepare meeting minutes correspondence for internal and external stakeholders, including action tracking.

Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret basic technical drawings, work packages, and specifications is considered an asset.
Customer Orientation: Displays a service-oriented mindset and builds positive working relationships.
Level 1 (1–3 yrs nuclear experience).
Diploma in the field of Engineering and/or Technology or Construction Technology or equivalent is an asset.
Diploma in commerce or business will also be considered an asset.
Basic understanding of project performance metrics (e.g., SPI/CPI) using standard tools and processes.
