We are seeking a dedicated Leasing Consultant to manage daily leasing operations at one of our Charlotte communities. The role involves customizing tours, recommending floorplans, and following up on every lead to ensure prospective residents feel valued. Availability on Saturdays is required, as weekends are the busiest time for tours and leasing activity.
- Hold a high school diploma or GED.
- Possess 1–2 years of leasing or customer‑service experience, preferably in real estate/property management.
- Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Be proficient with property‑management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Understand fair housing laws and regulations.
- Work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Show excellent organization and multitasking abilities.
