As a Section Manager at ALEC FITOUT, you will take ownership of the day-to-day site execution of high-end interior projects. You’ll lead dedicated construction teams, manage subcontractors, ensure QA/QC compliance, and drive works according to programme timelines - all while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards.
- Prepare detailed lookahead schedules and align with the construction and planning teams.
- A role in delivering some of the UAE’s most high-profile and prestigious interior projects.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage daily construction activities in accordance with the project programme and quality standards.
- Enforce implementation of HSE plans and maintain high safety standards on site.
- Support the preparation of as-built drawings and snag lists, and oversee final handover inspections.
- Develop and mentor site team members, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with QA/QC teams to address inspections, close NCRs, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Manage subcontractor performance, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and technical specifications.
- Monitor site resources and lead progress meetings to track execution and resolve bottlenecks.

Qualifications: B.Eng / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
Are you a hands-on construction leader with deep knowledge of fit-out works and a passion for delivering world-class interiors?
Experience: 10+ years in construction, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role in high-end fit-out execution.
- Experience delivering interior works in the hospitality, retail, or commercial sectors in the Middle East.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and reporting abilities.
- Excellent leadership, planning, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Strong understanding of fit-out sequencing, construction methodologies, and site coordination.
- Ability to manage subcontractors, conduct site inspections, and drive timely execution.
- Familiarity with local authority regulations and consultant processes.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
