What you would be doing

- Provide sales, customer service, and administrative leadership and support to the team and overall operation.
- Proactively manage staff scheduling, employee time off requests, overtime needs, and general timekeeping responsibilities.
- Navigate and resolve resident issues with clear and courteous communication and coach others in doing the same.
- Contribute to elevating and maintaining an exceptional online reputation and compliance with state and local legal requirements.
- Ensure that policies, procedures, safety, and compliance expectations are clearly communicated and consistently met.
- Hire, inspire, and develop a diverse, high-performing team.
- Take ownership in talent attraction and retention efforts by delivering exceptional candidate and employee experiences.
- Contribute to the ideation and implementation of advertisement materials and community marketing campaigns.
