Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing management team and implement succession plans
Develop and maintain strong, strategic relationships with senior stakeholders across the sites and developing a partnership model
Conduct regular contract reviews with clients, presenting performance data, strategic insights, and value propositions.
Leverage technology and data analytics to optimise operations and develop operational efficiencies
Oversee the operational delivery of all IFM services across site, ensuring adherence to KPIs, SLAs, and contractual obligations.
Develop a customer first mindset across the service team and ensure a best in class IFM delivery
Identify and pursue contract growth opportunities through the introduction of new services, technologies, or expanded contract scope.
