Structure and develop real estate and other hard asset deals for high‑net‑worth clients.
Assist Finance Director with general ledger and journal entries, including daily cash reports
Produce and refine asset management reporting and analysis on existing real estate portfolio
Identify, assist on and/or lead new projects for the family office and operating business
Conduct in-depth financial modeling, market research, and due diligence to evaluate potential alternative investments
Support the Investment Director with reporting and monitoring for all investments in the portfolio
Manage the alternative investment pipeline, tracking new opportunities, and monitoring existing commitments
Assist with analyzing real estate projects and acquisitions
Manage the family office investment reporting software, Addepar
Have a comprehensive understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and general ledger reconciliations
Have experience working with a family-owned business and/or a family office with an operating company
Be proficient in Addepar, Excel, and general ledger systems
Be proactive and demonstrate effective problem-solving skills
Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
Have 2-5 years of experience in commercial real estate, particularly strategic real estate asset management and acquisition analysis
Have strong financial modeling and quantitative analysis skills
A single family office representing the owners and operators of a commercial real estate company located in suburban Philadelphia is seeking an Analyst to support senior staff as the office scales. This dynamic, growing family office is making investments across all asset classes, including new opportunities in real estate, as well as building out an alternatives-focused portfolio. The office is responsible for actively asset managing the family’s commercial real estate portfolio, as well as underwriting and identifying acquisition opportunities. The firm is seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial finance and operations professional to assist with a variety of real estate, investment, and finance projects. The Analyst will report to the Investment Director and Head of Real Estate Asset Management and will be available to support the Director of the family office and the Finance Director.
Bachelor’s degree required; degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field is a plus
