The Senior Finance Analyst will handle FP&A responsibilities and coordinate with country finance operations. The role includes preparing and consolidating HQ‑level monthly financial statements and ensuring compliance with Johnson Controls’ finance policies, procedures and timelines across all legal entities.
As a business partner, you will prepare MEC activities such as joint‑venture and intercompany accounts, verify proper cost and revenue allocations, and provide analysis and commentary on selling and administrative expenses. You will monitor monthly cost trends, generate insights for management, and prepare free cash‑flow accounts, comparing actuals with outlooks and making necessary adjustments.
Responsibilities also cover financial reporting, including uploading data to HFM Essbase for annual planning and quarterly rolling forecasts, and delivering HQ flash and outlook reports with actual‑vs‑plan‑vs‑last‑year analysis. You will work closely with functional departments to provide end‑to‑end finance support, track project expenses, and analyse three‑month variance trends.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, has at least eight years of relevant experience, and demonstrates strong English communication skills. Deep knowledge of finance and accounting, hands‑on SAP expertise, advanced Excel and Hyperion/OneStream proficiency, and excellent interpersonal abilities are required.
