Partner with Asset Management to maximize NOI through efficient maintenance programs, strategic capital planning, and vendor optimization.
Oversee operating expenses, monitor performance metrics, and lead capital planning initiatives to maintain fiscal discipline and maximize portfolio value.
Anticipate emerging risks and opportunities, developing proactive strategies to enhance property performance and operational resilience.
Oversee daily operations, maintenance, leasing, and compliance across all managed properties, ensuring adherence to local, state, and federal regulations.
Negotiate and manage contracts to ensure cost-effective, high-quality services across the portfolio.
Build and lead a talented team of property management professionals committed to excellence, collaboration, and resident satisfaction.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, Operations, or related field

Proven ability to lead large, complex portfolios and multi-site teams in diverse geographies.
6+ years in a senior supervisory or executive leadership role.
8+ years of progressive experience in affordable or multifamily property management and asset management.
Bilingual Spanish required
Equivalent experience that demonstrates strong leadership and operational management expertise will also be considered.
Experience in a unionized environment; familiarity with 32BJ preferred.
Proficiency in Yardi or similar property management software, plus strong Excel and MS Office skills.
Expertise in property operations, compliance (LIHTC, HOME, HPD, NYSHCR, HUD), and financial analysis (budgeting, P&L, cash flow).
