5 years’ experience in product and process failure analysis and an understanding of world class manufacturing techniques such as lean manufacturing, FMEA, RCM SPC, TQM, etc.
Associates or bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
Minimum of 5 years of experience with electrical systems and controls utilized in industrial applications.
High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
5 years of experience with working knowledge of manufacturing processes and principles.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Strong maintenance background.
Familiarity with instrumentation including HART communications.
Strong written and oral communications skills.
Note: This position will require frequent shift and weekend line/maintenance support.
Gas fired combustion system exposure desired.
Proficient problem solving and creative thinking skills.
Experience in installing, programming, and troubleshooting AC drives, DC drives and AB Logix5000 series Programmable Logic Controllers.
