We're seeking a Proposal Content Library Specialist to support our marketing team by building and maintaining a central library of proposal materials. This role ensures resumes, project descriptions, and core pursuit content are accurate, consistent, easily accessible and easy to use across markets and divisions.
- Establish and follow best practices to capture technical information with marketing staff, business development, project teams and subject matter experts.
- Write, edit, and refine content to ensure quality and alignment with brand and voice.
- Continuous improvement of CRM, Open Asset and all library tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness across all platforms.
- Communicate new content updates to the marketing team.
- Create processes to ensure data is accurate, current, and usable for proposals.
- Provide guidance and training on library use and content updates.
- Maintain a library of resumes, project descriptions, and pursuit content.

While performing the duties of this job, this position is required to have ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations; and the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light to medium weights of 10-50 pounds. Requires good hand-eye coordination, and arm, hand and finger dexterity, including the ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment and read application/form information. The associate frequently is required to sit, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Experience with InDesign and MSOffice/Microsoft 365
- 3-5 years of proposal or content management experience (AEC industry preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to work across markets, divisions, and with technical staff.
- Experience with CRM and content management systems, such as Open Assest
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Marketing or related field.
- Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
