Description

The lead directs a crew of snow‑removal professionals, working alongside them to keep client properties safe and accessible during winter. The job demands leadership, reliability, a hands‑on approach, and the ability to handle early mornings, long hours, and occasional night work.

• Maintain open, on‑call availability, including nights and snow events
• Work long hours during peak snow days
• Use a mobile phone for crew communication
• Lead and coordinate a snow‑removal crew on client properties
• Set work pace and ensure tasks are completed safely and efficiently
• Perform hands‑on snow removal alongside crew members

Requirements

• Hold a valid G driver's license
• Have reliable personal transportation to job sites (no public transit)
• Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Be physically fit and able to lift 50 lb or more

Benefits

The Snow Crew Lead role at CSL pays $25–$30 per hour with guaranteed pay options and is paid bi‑weekly. The position begins on November 1, 2025.
