Supplier Relationship Manager
Bellrock Group
Provides property and facilities management services across multiple sectors.
Manage supplier relationships, performance and cost for key client, ensuring efficiency.
In collaboration with stakeholders, support the implementation of all risk controls and measures in respect of Bellrock’s Procurement Policy
Support supplier rate negotiations to secure favourable terms and pricing, aligning with budget and performance goals.
Be responsible for client escalations in relation to supplier performance & conduct
Prepare and lead structured supplier review meetings with appropriate suppliers and professional bodies to develop a constructive and open relationship to mutual advantage
The operational and tactical management of suppliers in accordance with the requirements of its clients.
Develop and document standardised processes to improve consistency, accountability, and efficiency across functions.
Provide supplier performance and market intelligence to internal customers to enable Bellrock to maximise its commercial opportunities
Coordinate service schedules and manage preparation for contract termination, ensuring smooth transitions and minimising service disruptions.
Responsible for the delivery of new supplier integrations and communication
Continuously explore and evaluate innovative solutions, tools, and processes that can improve operational efficiency, service delivery, or cost performance.
Manage formal performance improvement process where required, ensuring that it is done in line with contractual obligations
Identify and implement cost saving opportunities through thorough analysis and benchmarking. Conduct cost comparisons across vendors, services, and operational processes to ensure maximum value.
