Prepare estimates for repair works, invitations for quotations, recommendations of award, and supervision of completed works
Plan and implement building preventive/ maintenance programmes, and M&E plant and equipment maintenance programmes
Ensure consistency and compliance with regulation set by authorities
Vet and submit recommendations on tenants fitting out works
Participate in feasibility studies, spatial and technical coordination on prospects’ requests for new or existing malls.
Conduct regular inspections of the property including but not limited to all common areas, equipment, public walkways, external facade
Handle all incident/ complaint reports involving public or tenants
Review contract specifications such as cleaning, security, landscaping and make recommendations of upgrading standards
Prepare annual maintenance/expenditure budget.

Fire Safety Manager certification will be advantageous
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in property management
Degree in Building, Real Estate or Business
