Own implementation projects end-to-end - discovery through to go-live.
Act as the main client contact, handling workshops, UAT, and escalations.
Produce clear documentation and technical playbooks.
Contribute to scaling internal processes as the business grows.
Work closely with internal consultants and engineers, but remain accountable for delivery.
Design solutions, write specifications, configure systems, and manage data mapping/API integrations.
We're looking for a Mid-Senior Implementation Consultant to join a growing digital solutions team in Dublin. You'll be the face of the product for clients, guiding them from sales handover to successful go-live.
This means running discovery workshops, designing the solution, configuring workflows, managing integrations, troubleshooting issues, and training end-users. Projects typically run 4-8 weeks (larger/complex ones up to 6 months).
Technical capability in SQL, data mapping, and APIs (or a strong willingness to learn fast).
Hands-on ownership - you've personally designed, configured, and delivered projects (not just handed requirements to developers).
Strong communication: able to explain complex concepts simply and handle tough conversations with clients.
Exposure to finance, payroll, HR, or AP systems (SAP, NetSuite, Sage, Tipalti, Glantus, etc.) is a big advantage.
3+ years' experience delivering SaaS, ERP, or finance system implementations.
Experience working in smaller teams or scaling businesses where you wore multiple hats.
