- Support product development through design, prototyping, and testing of new devices.
- Participate in pilot projects, product trials, and research efforts.
- Troubleshoot product and application issues to maintain quality and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Product Management and Sales to deliver engineering expertise.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in materials, design, and processes.
- Assist customers and sales teams with project-specific recommendations and product guidance.
- Provide technical support to plant operations for manufacturing and product application.
- Prepare technical documentation including test reports, installation guidelines, and drawings.
- Review project specifications and submittals for proper product application.
- Build relationships with engineers, contractors, and distributors to enhance market presence.
- Deliver technical presentations and training to internal and external audiences.
- Conduct structural, hydraulic, and environmental evaluations of products and systems.

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Project management and leadership capabilities.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, SolidWorks, or similar design tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with stormwater regulations and/or practices and water quality preferred.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel (10–20%) for customer support, field testing, and plant visits.
- 100% paid by ADS.
